We have been using JP Plumbing for years and service has been consistently great. They have replaced both our water heaters, a water softener, two toilets, a garbage disposal, installed washing machine hookups, and made numerous repairs. Great to have a reliable go-to for such an important aspect of our home infrastructure!

Excellent company to work with. I called for a rough estimate on a water softener and a water heater. The final estimate and bill were right on that mark. They came out same day for precise estimate and next day once I accepted the quote. Quality work, reasonably priced, and Corey was knowledgeable and answered all questions.

Hired JP Plumbing to replace our water heater. Joe set me up with the right unit for us and quoted us a fair price. Installation was timely and done well by the install crew. I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I have used JP many times in the past and was happy with their service, but my most recent experience was not up to their usual standard. I’m not one to write negative reviews but I feel it’s necessary when the service is not up to the ratings received on here so consumers can make an informed decision. We had a GE water softener installed 3 years ago by JP Plumbing for $550. The water softener recently broke and JP went to fix the issue and claimed it was fixed so I paid them $250. The next day the same issue occurred so JP went back out to look at the problem. They stated GE would not work with them b/c they are not GE certified. I understand this is out of their hands and after trying to find other plumbers to work on it decided to get a quote for a new water softener less some of the money already paid. They came back with a quote for $2250 minus $125 since they didn’t fix the original issue. I asked for a detailed quote with material and labor costs but haven’t received one. Therefore, I have to make some assumptions. The quote was for a 48,000 grain Wood Bros. Advanced Series 2 piece water softener. This is a wholesale company out of Lincoln so I have no idea how much the equipment actually costs but similar units are $550-$1300. So, if we take the median price of $925 for materials that would mean the labor would be $1325! A 140% increase in labor cost in 3 years seems excessive. I have been disappointed in JP plumbing response to my issues. At this point I’m going to try to find a different plumber who is more reasonable and responsive to help out with our plumbing issues. This is disappointing because we have always had a good experience with JP in the past. If I hear back from JP plumbing I will update my review and rating.
